Helpful personal, love the soap by the lb

Quick service and perfect products. The plain geranium soap is magic to my senses.

I ordered 4 gift sets, and got all the product but only 2 boxes. Disappointed in this because I’m giving them as gifts

Frankincense and patchouli is my absolute favorite!!!! Everywhere I go, people say, "What is that amazing smell? It smells like a spa. " There is nothing that compares to it. No other brand has anything close. I've even tried making my own to see if I could make it cheaper, but it is never as strong. This is a great product.

It stinks! My order was returned I haven’t received any communication from Zum or been refunded!

You have never failed me with purchases . . . BUT . . . I'm a diehard patchouli fan and there never seems to be enough to go around! It would be nice if a "back in stock" email/text could go out because the Patchouli scent from the detergent was still tantalizing my olfactory sense after I unpacked my spring clothes from seasonal storage! That says TONS and I find, I'm a walking, living advertisement for your product as so many people stop me when I am wrapped up in Zum!

Not as floral as I expected. Scent doesn't stay on me long.
