I ordered a vanity mirror for my granddaughter for Christmas. I did take out the insurance for delivery and very happy I did. When she opened it on Christmas morning it was damaged. She sent me pictures and I sent them along with the forms on line to fill out for replacement. They quickly took care of the situation and she had a new mirror delivered safely in about a week.

The item itself is so cute! The chair is so soft and the setup was very easy. The only thing I will say is that the box stated what was inside the package, which was a little frustrating because it was a Christmas present. Other than that, the item itself is absolutely perfect!
