Id like to change my previous review. I contacted customer service and was initially told someone would be in touch with me about how to resolve the issue of the damaged delivery. While I did have to call again and email I did finally receive a replacement. The representative was always pleasant so while it took a little while I would recommend the products I purchased from this company. Both mirrors are great.

The chair was packed well and easy to assemble. The pattern is adorable and it is quite comfortable. My wife lives it for her office!

I bought it for a gift and when it was opened the mirror was broken. Impressions replaced it with no problem.

Once I received the top. Which came way later than the bottom and mirror. I would always recommend getting the insurance for your delivery.
