Love product

I wish I could give this no stars. I did not receive my product, only an empty package. After a week of emailing back and forth with the company, they still can’t seem to understand that I did not receive the product and have no way to send it back to them, nor would I like a replacement. I have asked for my account to be cancelled, but I’m still afraid I will be charged the full amount for a prouduct that never made it to my door because of faulty packaging.

The package came pretty quickly but it had exploded all over the inside the package and in the cap. Also the color was all wrong. Even after I took their test.

The foundation was burning my skin

I liked the light feel of the "woke up like this", unfortunately I received a color that was too light

Horrible customer service and product

Customer service was always very prompt to respond and also helpful. However, when I was told I had a certain time frame to make that return, I was charged before that window was up. I am still waiting for a refund for which I was not supposed to be charged.

I liked the fact that there is a risk-free trial for 14 days on the foundation and all your products in general. I took the foundation match quiz and then purchased the foundation on risk-free trial- to buy basis. Although I didn't like foundation (the way it looked on my skin), I was extremely happy with the no-guilt and free return process!

Not enough coverage

I tried to return this product within the 14 day trial window and was not able to.

This is a great buildable, medium coverage foundation. Light weight and not sticky when it dries.

Must have!!!

I tried the try 14 days trial. Once the foundation arrived, it didn't fit my skintone one at all wasn't close to either. It was watery. Not full coverage. I returned it before the 14 days. Was charged for it . I kept emailing and they kept saying itd take 2-10 business days. All that went by. And nothing I didn't receive anything. I contacted them and was ignored. 3 weeks went by I ended up contacting my bank and got my money back. Dont waste your time.

I ordered the foundation on a trial basis. After having tried it, I wasn’t particularly impressed by the product and proceeded to initiate the return process. The company was quick to respond and assist in the process. The credit was issued and account cancelled without hassle.

Not like

Foundation does not live up to the hype. Or shall I say the paid, endorsed, sponsored hype. Bottle arrived with the top loose and product dripping out. I had to tighten it. It dried out my skin and had too much talc in the ingredients for my skin. This was after my moisturizer and regular skin prep. I also tried multiple brushes and prep, setting powers. I’m a freelance MUA so I know what I’m doing. I filled out the online survey form at an exact match to my skin and received a product that was not a match. Thank you for the trial, but I will stick to MAC and other brands more suitable for my skin type and color.

My merchandise was damaged upon arrival. I'm too afraid to use it do to the tube is broken and the top is stripped. I don't feel safe using it because of broken particles inside.

Returned product as I had a bad reaction to it and I was offered a replacement with a new shade. I had to send 30 emails for the rep to finally understand and after 10 days I was told My refund has been processed but it’s been more than 2-10 business days and my bank still has no record of the refund.
