Great customer service.

Customer service is non-existent. I have tried may times to get help with an issue and no one replies back. There's no phone number to call either.

At first i was skeptical. But it’s true! Lightweight. One thing i really like it’s 100% cruelty free and it’s natural! It’s what my skin is looking for. I’m on my 2nd time of use after getting it, and i am not thinking of returning it! Good Job team #ILMAKIAGE !

Pretty superlative terms for a company. But necessary. I'm not a reviewer, and usually when I do, it's only to support a company. However I'm making an exception with Il Makiage. Not sure who reads these things, but hopefully it's potential customers and not the people tasked with making changes at this company (because you won't, because you don't care). If the former-May I say that making purchases from this company online may be more trouble than it's worth. My situation is unique in that I exchanged over 26 email correspondences with their customer service team surrounding an exchange outside of the 'try before you buy' 14 day trial. Exchange meaning-Il Makiage still gets their money, and I hopefully get what I payed for and am satisfied. Lucky for me, the exchanged product is the exact right shade, but had it not of been, I would have been subjected to a secondary charge in order to facilitate another exchange. Two for one for Il Makiage and 0 for me. My email exchanges ask pointed and extremely specific questions regarding return and exchange policies-some of which are not listed on their website-for example: You are only given two days to initiate an exchange outside of a 14 day trial, if you don't get your package scanned by USPS within those 48 hours, your stuck with the product that doesn't work and without your money. This is not listed anywhere on their website and I have recorded screenshots to prove it. Follow up questions were things like: When does the 48 hour 'timer' start? When I start emailing customer service? When they send me a return slip? No response. This was the pattern over and over again-Me asking a series of important questions pertinent to any consumer and the customer service team giving me cryptic responses in broken english, or just not acknowledging the questions I asked in their entirety. Leaving me to follow up a second, third and fourth time on certain matters. I had to squeeze information out of them, they did not provide it wil...

Never received my product

i was happy with the makeup i just needed a color that would fit a little better. it was smooth, it was even and it was nice. i will definitely get it again very soon.

Did the online test which I was a bit skeptical about seeing that foundations rarely match. BEST FOUNDATION ever. Stays on all day, great finish. Finally have something I can say I can keep buying and keeping without having to continue to shop around for the perfect match

Foundation trial

I loved it just it was a little dark for me.

I was skeptical as i hvae many dark circle and pigmentation on my face. this foundation has amazing has amazing properties. The coverage is fantastic no need for additional concealer. So easy to glide on and does not leave a cakey look.

I was really looking forward to getting your product but it didn’t turn up and wasn’t at the post office where you guys said it was now you’ve debited 2 lots of £40 out of my account which is my sick pay as I’m off sick at the moment, when I haven’t even received or used your products. If I could give a lower star I would I’ve asked for someone to ring me 3 times and no one is answering my questions that I’m emailing please give me my money back

I rate this company 1 star because I or a item from y’all in toward the May 2019 and never received it. So I have been very frustrated trying to deal with consulting with this company. For weeks I have been getting the run around by this company!! Y’all keep sending me the same messages over and over!! So I either want my money back or the replacement of the item!! I returned your foundation originally to get an exchange and was still charged. I received no word back from this company other than to review my purchase. 0 stars for this scam company, I will be letting my 26k followers know my experience as well. It doesn’t take much time to make things right with your customer and almost a month is unacceptable.
