I just received my concealer I got last week and the whole thing is broken. Right out of the box. 🙄

The concealer is great. Doesn't cake and seems to not dry out my under eye area. I would say it's more medium coverage so I usually do a bit more but its good enough coverage for a no-makeup look.

If I could have zero stars I would. The customer service has been absolutely horrible. Depending on who you speak with, the information is different. Instead of returning me the item I sent back after being informed that I could no longer replace or get a refund, they kept the item AND my money. Extremely unprofessional and I regret ever making a purchase with the company. Anyone that asks me about the company will get a honest response from me. I wanted to love the product but the problem was the shade. Because of misinformation and lack of customer care, I am left with no product at all and my 50 dollars taken. Extremely disappointed and will never be purchasing from Il Makiage again

I requested a refund because I am not pleased with the foundation as it gives me gray undertones....I do not want another color, I simply want my refund! I have sent NUMEROUSemails asking for the return address only to keep receiving emails back without the requested information. As per my many previous email, I have contacted my Attorney General Office and The Better Business Bureau Office.

This make up did not work for me. It burns. I even tried it a few times with days in between and no luck. I sent an email and was given as response time frame but never received anything after that.Make sure you respond to the 14 day trial period. If you don't you will be charged for the make-up.

Great foundation, great customer service

I would give zero stars if I could, my order had raw fish all over the bottle... I am allergic and threw it out immediately. I sent a quick picture and explained the circumstances and asked them not to charge but they did and now the company won’t even respond to me anymore. My bank statements also show this as a reoccurring charge which I did not consent to. I’m very disappointed.. they should just send out small samples for people to try the product to avoid this. I will more than likely press charges for the negligence of the fish being in the packaging since they won’t respond.

So first I'll begin with saying that I'm not one who wears makeup everyday, nor do I buy makeup often. However, I saw the ad to try out the foundation service. I was immediately intrigued because I feel like that's exactly what I need - someone who picks out my foundation for me. I did the whole survey and ordered the foundation the computer picked for me. I tried it on and at first, I thought it was the PERFECT shade for me. However, after using it about 3 times, I noticed it was actually a different shade...maybe the bathroom light tripped me off. I may have answered the survey questions incorrectly, because the shade was just slightly off. I also wasn't too crazy about how it felt on my skin, but I also picked the one that's buildable - I didn't realize I'd have to build on it... I did end up returning the foundation but honestly, I thought this service was really awesome. I might try it again, but taking better care of how I answer the questions. This service is perfect for anyone wanting to try something new, or like me, is a newbie to wearing makeup.

My order #100332549, customer Svs told me to download n return color but I’ve sent messages n still unavailable to send this unused makeup you sent and I’ve not done another because of the problem I’ve had getn this one exchanged. I asked for help in return for the foundation that did not match me and I end up paying 8 dollars to send it myself and money was still deducted from my account. I'm not satisfied at all lost money and was not even given a complimentary call

I was sent a package with wrong shipping information, correct product with side seals missing. I didn’t want to take a chance using it so I requested a refund. I have been given the run around, payment was processed and now I can’t get a response. I will never use this site again and will be posting on my social media sites my experience as well as have my friends and family share.

I returned the foundation as it was terrible and definitely not worth the money and they took £40 from my card. This is plain theft!

I love what this product has done for my skin tone. It does not look like I have anything on my skin at all and it evens out my complexion. Love IT!!!!

I ordered try before you buy foundation. It was really nice and flawless but was not exactly shade I needed. So send return parcel next day. No hassle at all. Very helpful customer service. Didn't need to wait long for answers to my questions.
