Not honest products for regular hair type

I’ve sent several emails about the shampoo bottle that wasn’t even 6 ounces. It was under that from the shampoo that’s supposed to be 8 ounces and nobody has with me nobody fixed it so that’s what your company did or didn’t do

This company is amazing. The wrong color was sent and they exchanged it free of charge and had me gift the color that didn’t work… simply amazing ! I’m so glad my mom gets to try the product now too
