The full size free product was a wonderful surprise! I got my order in 6 days.

I’m so disappointed in the results. I bought the French rose and applied it on my light blonde hair. It sat for 45 minutes which is what is recommended, and when I rinsed it out, there was no pink in my hair. It was a slightly lightened blonde. I messaged IGK for a refund and haven’t heard anything.

This was a horrible experience. I sent two emails and chatted in that i needed the color replaced as the color ordered was not correct. All within minutes of placing the order. Still got the wrong color. I was so mad I threw it out the minute it arrived. $40 down the drain

I love this product, I showed a before and after photo, sorry it’s a still from a video so it’s a little blurry, but this product is amazing.

I used the repair gloss. It smells good and I had hopes for my hair to have shine and perhaps feel softer. I didn’t really see or feel much difference. Perhaps it is my hair?
