can't really use product, sprayer is garbage.

Terrible experience. All I want is a link to change/cancel a subscription and it's impossible to find on your site - I searched and read numerous articles and they contain wrong information. My only option was to use the chatbot who "ran into an issue with canceling" but "would be happy to pass on to the Customer Service team" - and I'm supposed to trust that? No thanks.
