I have left multiple reviews and requested refunds for the products I purchased because they are awful and gotten no response. Such a scam!!!

My hair dye was initially delivered in the mailbox and was in sub zero temperatures for about 12 hours! Customer service set me up with a new box easily and it arrived quickly. Really loving the color it has given my hair and the application was easy. Would recommend and will buy again!

I wish there had been more clarification in the box instructions and on the YouTube video that grey hair should be covered first. Without that clarification, I wound up with roots that are lighter in color than the rest of my hair.

I don’t have no complaints only that I didn’t like the scent thirsty girl leave in. I prefer Antisocial dry hair mask. I feel like it worked better for my hair.
