Wheels are Way Too Small for this Workhorse-of-a-Case :( Wheels are too small for the work that the case has to do. I ended up carrying it around versus placing on the ground to use the wheels & pull-out handle. Which means that the case has stayed put, instead being used for travel jobs. It too bad because I wanted to love so hard. Maybe the next iteration will be better; please share that with manufacturer.

The machine was perfect. . idjnow customer service made a recommendation of snow machine that was just what we needed and performed better than expected. Couldn't be happier with the results of the snow and the smiles on everyone's faces. We set it on our roof and timed it with the lighting of our 1st Responders Trees. There was an audible in take of breath from the spectators before the cheer for the snow. Big hit, lots of fun, thanks for making a little magic for our 1st Responders and their families
