Franado was amazing throughout the whole process.

Got what i ordered in a timely manner.

I had the best experience dealing with Gio and Victor from the online order department. They quickly resolved my issue with my flight case and I’m thankful for that. Thanks again IDJNOW

Excellent

Another perfect transaction!!!

I am extremely happy with idjnow. Not only was the pricing the best I could find, but my sales rep Gio was absolutely fantastic. Very fast response and excellent follow-thru. I'm not the easiest-going customer and I ask a lot of questions and send a lot of emails. Gio handled me excellently.

Great

Awesome deal on the headphones!

Both sales and the people to sent out my purchase did an awesome job

Very sturdy rig with simple assembly. Once you do it a couple times it almost becomes muscle memory. I've yet to mount video monitors to it so the jury is still out on that front. But satisfied with my purchase. also it is heavier than it looks.

Everything was great, including the shipping time.

As described

Excellent service and transaction! I will be checking with IDJ before every purchase from here forward. The response time to my questions was almost instantaneous and if more companies don’t start taking care of their customers to this level, they won’t have customers long! Great job IDJ!! You have a new customer for life and I’m definitely spreading the word!

My favorite part about shopping with you is getting a random, semi-obscure thought or see a picture, and finding out you have it in stock or on back order.

Excellent

Totally recommended.

I purchased a set EV 50s and was very happy with the professional help and service. They answered all my questions, helped me make the decision and the two evolved 50s that I acquired were received in perfect condition well before the expected shipping date.

Excellent price, quick shipping and descent communication.

Very nice shopping experience

Professional and reliable company. Can’t go wrong with purchasing from them. I’m a satisfied customer and will continue to support them!
