My purchase item was received damage I purchased the route protection and couldn't even use it I want my money back. I don't want coupons on my next purchase I didn't get to use the route protection personally and it took five days before I was able to talk to somebody from idj now on the phone about my damaged item I called every single day. I want my Route Protection refunded to back to me. I had to go through idj now to get an RMA and do all the leg work to finally get the damage item returned and to get a replacement. Im not a happy customer. Idjnow should make this right by giving me my money back for my route protection. The route protection website never worked for me. it was a big hassle!!!
