I loved my scans from The Icon but what I loved even more was the service! I had called to ask about the film that I'd mailed and they were so helpful and kind and followed up with me to let me know they'd received it. The scans were also very quick which is always so appreciated.

Despite the busy season, they answered all the questions I had in a timely manner and were very helpful.

Im a photographer. Worked at A & I on Highland in my early 20s back in the 80s. I have been working on a photo project with infrared film for 46 years. In two weeks, I have had three separate problems with Icon. 1. They lost an important role. 2. Fogged the last roll and processed the entire roll when they were to do a snip test of 5 frames plus 1. 3. Never made proof sheets, but gave me the envelope saying all was done. ( I didnt notice they weren't in the envelpope till later). I finally spoke to the manager, who claimed I rolled my own film - that's why it is fogged. (CRAZY _NOT TRUE) I told him to look at the last test that they did from the same roll without any fog on it. He said He will call me tomorrow. I can not go back there- They have been GREAT for 10 years before, but 3 strikes your out. And my heart is broken about this project that they messed up - with out apology, admittance or customer care.

My scans are absolutely beautiful! So impressed by the lab and already am sending another roll to Icon TODAY! THANK YOU :)

Couldn't be better! Prints used in the reconstruction of a historical musical instrument. Colors were true, paper quality magnificent. . . thanks Icon! I'll be back soon.

It only took a week to develop and get my 8x10 E6 film back this time, a 50% improvement in lead time. . . job well done!

Both 8 x 12 prints look excellent.

Printing and shipping were on-time. Prints look a bit dark, which may be my fault, but the colors look dull and lack vibrance. This was a test print for a larger order, but I do not plan to proceed. Printing cost was low, but shipping is expensive.

Always a good experience, particularly as I am an amateur. I have been coming to The Icon on occasion for over 25 years, usually for large format prints.

Very pleased with print quality!

It's now one hour after their closing time (7:00PM Pacific) so I'm going to assume there's no automated upload process yet to run and I've had neither images uploaded nor an email received stating there was a delay. Delays happen but customers should be notified at minimum. They make view this as "no blood, no foul" since is an online order and I'm not driving there to pick up but like anyone would I've been looking forward to receiving images all day. Disappointed it didn't happen per the date shown on the order and more so that they don't appear to concern themselves with letting people know when a delay happens.
