I sooo love and appreciate my mermaid green 16oz warranty replacement tumbler. Although it took awhile for me to get my green tumbler, hydroflask did it right and honored my wishes and concerns (1st replacement cup was an awful color) Because of their excellent customer service and going the extra mile to satisfy, I feel beyond confident to purchase from them anytime, hands down!

I was really disappointed that the cap to the wide mouth travel bottle with flex straw cap was not recommended for use with hot beverages. However, the customer service representative was able to help me obtain a cap for hot. I am really very excited to use my new hydro flask bottle.
