Work on your lids, they leak

Great communication. Although it's odd that I paid twice in order to get my item. (I paid initially and it was accepted, then a few days later I saw my charge was returned, I messaged customer service and was told that it was a deposit/hold and they'll charge my card again once it's actually shipped out) So it took a bit longer to get my item but I'm still happy with my product regardless.
