This bottle keeps my water cold for hours, even a full day. I would never had another bottle. The popstar pink color is so bright and fun and beautiful. It got to me less than a week after I ordered it. I love that I can just put it in the dishwasher too!

As always, Hydro Flask has the best customer service in the industry, everyone is pleasant and they honor anything that has gone wrong with the bottles

Hydro Flask has some of the best Customer Service I have ever encountered, they go out of their way to make sure that you are well taken care of

My favorite bottle from Hydroflask. If they wanted to make it better, they should consider adding an option for a stainless steel chug cap, like the same material as their traditional stainless steel cap, that way you could avoid the plastic touching your water.

Good product and good customer service

Quick turn around from ordering to delivery.

Fast shipping and excellent customer service. They address your concerns immediately.

This was purchased as a warranty replacement for an old 24 oz tumbler thats paint was coming off. While it is everything I'd expect from hydroflask - great color, keeps my tea hot forever, I am still sad that I couldn't get the 24 oz size. I love the tumbler style and didn't want a handle. I am sure I will get used to the smaller size eventually.

Customer service quickly sent me a replacement non-matching, old style sip lid. Better than no lid, but not worth the premium price

🌈

The mug and the lid are both great mug keeps coffee hot for hours does not leak and easy to use

A big disappointment. It leaks badly if it’s not absolutely upright.

Great

They stand by their product and warranty. I was so pleased to work with them and get a new top for my wide mouth 12oz hot tumbler.

Upgraded my old bottle and I haven’t been disappointed. Keeps water cold and I love that it fits in my car cup holder. Definitely recommend!
