It is not too heavy and it has a loop making it easy for little hands to open and hold. My oldest is 5 and the bottle is still our everyday pick (have replaced the top once due to wear and tear).

My lid is turning black on the inside and causing the lid of my water bottle to turn black. Its not mold, but the metal lid grinding on the metal water bottle mouth piece is not good.

Sure this was fine, it came when it said it would and ordering was pretty easy. I did like the ability to personalize it and that the custom version came with a boot (and matching lid).

Excellent customer service! Provided free lids for wide mouth where o ring was broken and growler that leaks. The growler still leaks so it wasnt a faulty lid. Will contact again abt bottle
