Hi Karen, we received our flip around just before Christmas...have been unable to hav3 it installed because of the holidays. We are leaving today for 3 months...we will be installing it 5he middle of April. Cant wait!!

An incredible experience and great customer service. I will never not have this over my bed. It's the perfect angle to watch tv in bed. And the technician made himself available over video chat to help me with installation when I ran into questions.

We finally got our Flip-Around TV mount installed after our remodeling was completed. The mechanism works very smoothly and we are very pleased with the product. Its great that we are able to have a calming lake scene piece of art in our bedroom that easily transforms into a TV.

Just installed my flip out. Installation was a slight challenge for me. But all is done except for picture frame. As soon as I showed this mount to my wife, she was on board. We both enjoy the cool factor, looks and operation of mount. She shared pics of installation with her friends. Enjoy watching our 43 inch Visio on it. Adds a new dimension in watching, like being in theaters. Only complaint is that unit was on sale before and after my purchase. Will recommend.

We actually purchased 2 manual mounts and the one motor mount and we love them all. Family and friends are in awe of a 75'TV flipping out of the wall. Great product but most importantly awesome customer service by both Mark and Karen. Thank you and we will buy 1 or possibly 2 more in the near future!

This is an amazing invention, and Karen and Mark and the gang went above and beyond to help us get everything right from ensuring the picture we chose came out right, to helping with installation. I'd highly recommend them to anyone interested in hiding their tv when it's not in use.

My wife and I love this mount. It was easy to install and is really a conversation piece when friends come over.

We love our Hidden Vision TV Mount. We had the perfect wall where we couldn't decide on a mirror or a TV. This allowed us to have both. We installed the mount ourselves with little difficulty. Took a few hours, but that included several runs to the local hardware store as we were mounting into a wall with metal studs as opposed to wood. Everyone that sees it wants to know where we got it. It is amazing!

Karen, I'm recommending your company & products to my family & friends. I was very glad to see how well designed & constructed the mount actually was. We mounted the Extended Flip Out Mount with a 43" HDTV above our bed with a beautiful "Fall Colors" graphic & Frame. When not in use, the unit truly looks like artwork on the wall. There is no way to detect that there is a TV hidden behind the picture frame! The unit is incredibly easy to extend for use, and just as easy to retract when not in use. There is plenty of space between the bed and TV if/when we want to get out of bed while watching TV. We had looked at other products such as a TV that would descend from the ceiling and also one that would rise from a cabinet at the foot of our bed. Neither of those were ideal. Fortunately I found your website and the best solution was found! Thank you for your time on the phone to ensure that my order was placed exactly as we wanted. This really helped to keep everything flat, and allowed us to push extra cord into the wall cavity. It was relatively easy to install and made a clean wall, rather than an ugly cord cover.

Love my Hidden Vision Flip Around! We incorporated it into our range hood perfect place to hide a tv in the kitchen...people are amazed to find out that the centerpiece of our kitchen...hides the tv! Highly recommend!
