Works great right out of the box. Access to support was fantastic. Very well made.

Really great product, good instructions included with it. If you're comfortable running the electrical yourself, it's an afternoon's job to complete. Do yourself a favor and order a longer power cable for your TV, b/c standard length won't make it from the wall to the TV through the arms of the mount. Now I'm just waiting for the "Design Committee" to figure out what she wants to do with the art work, but otherwise, it's a complete win.

I bought it one year ago and I use it every day. When the frame is closed, it looks great with the picture in my bedroom. It's very easy to use and it's very comfortable for watching TV. Very happy with the purchase.

We absolutely love our built in flip around TV mount. Mark was always available whenever we wanted to ask a question or get advice. The product and the service are unmatched. We would highly recommend the product and valued Mark's assistance from planning to implementation!

I installed the mount and TV yesterday. So far so good. The viewing is great from the bed. The mount stays in place, both closed and open. It's not hard to move (although my wife hasn't fully tested that part out yet). Installation was not difficult. We did a renovation, so I was able to place studs in the wall exactly where I needed them. It's very easy to get the TV in place. We had the canvas printed, and we glued it ourselves to foam-board with spray glue. I had been looking for a solution to view TV while laying in bed. This seems to be exactly what I wanted, and the framed artwork hides it away perfectly.

This is an ingenious feat of engineering! Being able to hide the TV above our great room fireplace was important. Now we don’t have a giant 75” black screen as a part of the everyday interior design. Just flip it out from behind a walnut panel and it appears! Mark is extremely helpful and patient. Great invention! Tim

The client had a TV sitting area in a very well finished area of a new home and they wanted to be able to hide the TV on occasions. We entertained the idea of a cabinet but the cabinet was going to be big and throw off the balance of the smaller space. We use these in clients homes with Control 4 automation. Always one of their favorite features. Only problem is they show everyone and the “secret safe” is no longer secret.

Purchased the extended M-1 flip-out wall mount With a white picture frame for daughter’s room. Due to COVID, it took several months to get the picture mounted into the frame (poster board shortage) but now that we have it all mounted, it looks great! Highly recommended - we are considering getting one for our bedroom now.

This product is amazing and worth every penny. Most importantly Mark has been there to support going so far above and beyond to ensure the product is working optimally. We’ve had our mount for several months and we are incredibly pleased with the product and customer support. The first thing our kids do when their friends come over is ask where the tv is and flip the hidden tv mount... it’s the sleekest and coolest mount on the market.

While we have not yet installed the mount, we are very pleased with the fit and quality of the mount and of the low profile frame in which we will install a print on metal that will be the focal point of our room and will "hide" the television when not in use. Simply brilliant idea and the HV team was very responsive and helpful.

Great product it looks to be built well and install went smoothly.

My customer didn’t want the phone app style operation, so I changed to rf Controlls, easy change and operates beautifully.

What I like about this product is that my granddaughter doesn't know it's there, and I feel safe.
