Good product good shipping time

My first time ordering from Kirri and everything arrived perfectly although I was confused with a few things that I wish I had more information about. I had to ring to ask whether the travel spray was like a room spray or a perfume and what in the world ‘extrait de parfum’ was for, only to be told it was for my diffuser. I wish there was a product information booklet for simpleton like me!

Great products with a great price tag. Ordering was easy and products were very promptly sent out for delivery. Would certainly recommend this supplier.

I don’t believe kirri is providing reliable product. $400 beacon defuser dont even work properly. Doesn’t connect to app unless I click on beacons physical bottom on daily bases…. . what a joke

I loved the Country Linen home fragrance. I assumed wrongly that this EDP would be a replica of the home fragrance but was very disappointed. The EDP is not the same fragrance. I can see what you have tried to do here. But the Jasmine is too heavy and smells like a cheap knock off.

I can honestly say this company has the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I originally ordered a diffuser that turned out to be too big for my space, and the return process was absolutely hassle-free — quick, kind, and so supportive. They’ve organised a swap for two mini diffusers, which I can’t wait to receive. In the meantime I’ve been using their oils in my wooden diffusers and I absolutely love them — the scents are beautiful, fresh, and really transform the room. A company that makes such gorgeous products and treats their customers so well is rare these days. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
