I bought this range after smelling their brand in a store and meh

Ordered the Santal 66 a while back and it still hasn't arrived. No idea how it smells because the request review is already here and no products yet. The worst part is I paid extra for speedy delivery, and this is what I'm getting. I also asked whether I can swap out one of the scents in my package for another one which is the same price and then I get told that it is already dispatched - and that was a week ago already. Before that I was fighting with their AI generated messages and going back and forth. I think I should just cancel this order. I placed another order for home fragrances with a different company and these already arrived even though I placed them after the Kirri order.

Great offerings

Having had a few different diffusers and scents, I was in two minds about buying this one. Thank goodness I decided to get it! The Dream scent is absolutely beautiful and as we are traveling full time at the moment, it fills my van with the most wonderful smell. I can't wait to try some of the others. The diffuser is perfect for travel, easy to charge especially when off grid. The shipping was fast, something which is important when moving from place to place.
