Delivery company DHL were perhaps struggling to meet deluvery demands during the school holiday period . Delivery dates not fulfilled etc . Otherwise very good .

Have only used this product in my hot tub and love it. Nice to know there are no nasty chemicals. Skin feels soft and no irritation, Very easy to use and water can be released onto garden .

We were charged £7.20 delivery for this item, when queried were told it was "over 2kg in weight" - which we found hard to believe, so did not qualify for free delivery in spite of being over £40 in value (but under £75) . Weighed it immediately on arrival in its packaging - 1.86kg. This company need to review the information provided on delivery, as this seems just to be a ruse to enable a higher charge. Very cross.

Our new Sundance Aspen Hit Tub was damaged 9 months ago in transit and we are still waiting on the damage caused during transportation and delivery to be rectified. Customer Service is clearly not acceptable and has failed us on this occasion!!
