We are really pleased with our replacement hot tub cover. It’s a great fit and looks fantastic so I hope it is as durable and efficient as claimed. We’ve only given 4 stars for 2 reasons. First, the packaging was in such poor condition we were worried the product was damaged. See picture. Fortunately that does not seem to be the case. Second, and more of an issue for us was customer service. It was very difficult to get updates on the product delivery and on the last call the approach from Anne was unhelpful bordering on rude. Please give these aspects of your customer experience some reflection as it would affect our desire to use you again or recommend your company to others which is a shame.

Very pleased with my new Microban filters for my 21 year old Sundance tub. Fit perfectly and were much easier to clean than the previous ones. They seem to be drying faster too, presumably because of the composition of the Microban material.

So nice to use a kinder product on the skin

Delivery company DHL were perhaps struggling to meet deluvery demands during the school holiday period . Delivery dates not fulfilled etc . Otherwise very good .

1 month in after using the Eco Spa step treatment! And so far, so good! We have a septic tank so also needed a hot tub cleaner to suit with no harsh chemicals. Highly recommend these products.

Have only used this product in my hot tub and love it. Nice to know there are no nasty chemicals. Skin feels soft and no irritation, Very easy to use and water can be released onto garden .

We were charged £7.20 delivery for this item, when queried were told it was "over 2kg in weight" - which we found hard to believe, so did not qualify for free delivery in spite of being over £40 in value (but under £75) . Weighed it immediately on arrival in its packaging - 1.86kg. This company need to review the information provided on delivery, as this seems just to be a ruse to enable a higher charge. Very cross.
