Ordered a few items from the website. Recieved a phone call a couple of days later to tell me that one of the items was not in stock and no longer available and another item was out of stock and I would need to wait about a week for. Despite next day delivery being advertised. If I had known this I would have ordered somewhere else as needed urgently. Website should be updated to show current stock availability.

I ordered items on Sunday 21st Dec and paid for 24hr delivery understanding it would be Tuesday 23rd. The items were dispatched on 26 th with delivery for 27 th Dec. As I was away from 26 th until 28 th Dec I had to change the delivery to the 29 th Dec. Not exactly 24 hr delivery I paid for
