Love the pillow case, fits wonderfully on the pillow and is comfortable. My only issue is having longer hair, I get a knot in the same spot in my hair each morning from the zipper tab.

I don’t understand the rave reviews and design of this pillow. I was suspect of the design, but bought it anyway because of reviews. Unfortunately, it performed as I suspected: my shoulders still hurt, and now my neck hurts because it suffers from the bad up-angle, not aligned with body.
