I have purchased 5 pillows from Honeydew. 1 each for my husband and I. I for my mother-in-law who was having problems sleeping at night. Plus 2 travel pillows. In the process of purchasing 2 more for daughter and her husband. Customer service is amazing as well. These pillows are 10 stars fora great night sleep.

It’s not the miracle that I hoped for, but better than my old pillow. I will give it some time before I replace it! I love the pillow case!

I recently purchased products from Honeydew, received an email stating it was delivered but I had not received it. I realized that I addressed it wrong and it went to someone else. I contacted the customer service team and informed them of my mistake. I was refunded. Honey dew went far and beyond to reverse a mistake I had made. Excellent customer service — helpful, courteous, and quick to assist. Really appreciated the professionalism. I have purchased pillows for my family several times and everyone believes the pillows are a God send for the best nights sleep.

The customer service is great. I just feel like this pillow is too small for :( I wake up with less neck pain but still some. I wish it was taller. It is squishy though

We love our pillows, but do not like the pillowcases. It's hard to insert the pillow, then when it's on, it's loose, with lots of extra material.

The staff at Honeydew are very responsive. I had questions and they have been incredibly responsive. They even sent me extra filling at no cost.

Zipper does not work well.

Due to a chronic I’ll esa that affects my mis les, I am constantly looking for comfort for sleep. I took a chance on this pillow that I’d never heard of because it made sense. I’m glad I did because it’s very impressive!

We love our new pillows

I love your pillow. But my problem is, I have sleep apnea and have to sleep with a mask. I might need a bit more filling, or some kind of a rise /elevation toward the edge of the pillow, so my mask is free. Maybe, you can create a pillow for people with sleep apnea. You would have thousands of new customers.
