Product is ok, wanted a strap I could put in extractor after fire. Was mislead on their website on shipping time. Custom orders take almost 2 months not 10-14 days

Even though you have a window up 6 weeks. I had to email several time on status and email tracking. For that length I should’ve gone to another company and got a leather personalized strap for the same amount of time waiting

Customer service was horrendous, took over a week for something to ship that was “in stock” according to the website, even though I paid for 3-day shipping and strategically planned it around my shift schedule. The package arrived almost two weeks later, and due to road construction and numerous passers-by, it was snatched from my porch due to the poor timing and misleading shipping policy. When I messaged customer service to tell them, they essentially told me it’s not their problem and that it was out of their hands. When asked for further guidance they ceased communication.
