So far I’ve enjoyed having the new strap it is comfortable to wear. And I have advised others to purchase. The only issue I have is the time frame for delivery. Your team was responsive when emails were sent but it’s a vague timeline for delivery. Shop app actually said it was delivered one day and it wasn’t. It was explained there is issues from time to time with the app. Overall the delivery day was approx 7 weeks. Outside of the turn around from ordering to delivery I enjoy your product so far.

Very happy with my strap. It arrived quickly and is of great quality. I like the adjustable length and all the attachment points.

Awesome product

I am extremely happy with the quality of the products, both the strap and the holster are very well made it appears. Additionally, the comfort of the strap far surpasses the leather setup that I have. My disappointment is that I ordered a product and after what I believe was about 9 days my order still was showing unfulfilled. I emailed your business as to the status of my order. I received an email a day or so later stating that everyone had been at FDIC and that my order would be shipped that day. A simple email, when I submitted my order, stating that my order would be delayed due to FDIC attendance would have been nice. I didn't mind the delay caused by attending FDIC. My disappointment is the feeling that my $200 plus purchase meant nothing to you and that I had to email you asking the status.

Great for what use it for (SprinklerRepairTechnician) , it is perfect. My raido is just a personal walkie-talkie, not a Frist Responder radio, so the holder is a bit big.

The sales associate seemed annoyed when I was attempting to talk to him. It was frustrating. It was obvious I was going to purchase but when asking a few questions he seemed too bothered to pay attention or answer with more than one word. Good product however.

This is a great strap. The only thing I'd like to see improved is for these straps to come with belt keepers. I didn't notice it when I was ordering and had to buy some on Amazon to hold the mic cord to the strap. Still giving 5 stars because the strap itself is very good quality.
