The embroidery was a mix of large and small letters. Contacted customer service and was promised a replacement in 1-2 weeks. 1 month later I’m still waiting! The least they could have done is shoot me an email with an update. Horrible customer service.

It’s hard to get my radio strap on cause the straps on the back of the radio strap don’t stretch.

I'm extremely happy with my new radio strap! It's working out so much better than my leather one which had almost no options for where items were placed on it. I love that I can fully decon this strap when needed. The width helps distribute the weight, and I love that it glows. Makes me happy every time I notice it. It's been great!

Letters were all different sizes and looked rough. Customer service said the second will be better 🤞🏽

I had heard a lot about H6 radio straps and got great feedback from colleagues who had bought them, so I ordered one. So far, I love it - very comfortable, adjustable, and with ample capability to attach items. I also like that it is washable. I love my old school leather rig, but the move to H6 was a great choice.

Having a much larger belt loop attachment would be nice

Well thought out product. Out performs the traditional leather radio straps. Very comfortable and radio feels more secure.

Product is good. Delivery good. Communications not so good. And product ordering not so good. Paid for the embroidery, did not receive it. Sent 2 emails. Got my refund eventually. Really purchased it to have it custom embroidered. Never heard back, just a refund receipt.
