Great product! Poor shipping and logistics. Item was shipped FedEx second day delivery and it sat somewhere in FedEx possession for 5 days, including over a weekend. There is no excuse for poor delivery performance in 2025. H6 was somewhat helpful in helping to locate the items but it took a while for them to understand that I had the same tracking info that they did. For five days FedEx said the items were out for delivery which is the same information that H6 parroted back to me. Obviously it wasn’t out for delivery.

My son is a fire fighter/paramedic and he loved his gift especially since it had his name on it! It was well made! Thank you.

Great strap, definitely needed the extra long. It would be great if you made holsters for different radios. Most radios have screens that need to be seen at times?

Christmas present for my grandson. He has been talking about it for a month!

I bought a radio strap with full kit, or so I thought, and the invoice even shows a quantity “1” by strap, radio holster and anti sway strap each individually, but then it turned out I’d paid $99 for just the holster and anti sway, and I did not receive the strap itself. Shopping was not fast and after it arrived I was told I had to buy the actual radio strap separately from the kit, since it had sold out. It had not been listed as sold out when I bought it however, and there had been no noticeable notification that it was not included in the full kit. All very confusing and caused a significant delay in getting my equipment, which I ended up getting from a different company. That said, H6 was nice about the return, and I appreciate that a lot.

Everything was perfect!

Experience was good, I prefer your straps because they can be tossed in the extractor after a fire or training sweat. Radio bucket lasted about 5 years before the bottom fell out after heavy use. The redesigned one seems to be more sturdy than the original. Happy with the product overall hope I get another 5 years out of the new one.
