First time buyer here, bought for my son who is a fireman. He asked for this item (glow in the dark,radio strap) specifically for christmas. It was originally out of stock so I came back later and it was back. Easy to order. Ordered with Name on it. That added a couple extra time on delivery which wasnt bad. Overall, very happy and more importantly, son was very happy!

This is by far the best strap I have used. I am able to easily place my mike, AXON camera, whistle, badge and Guardian Angel Light on the mounting straps. I choose the black over the reflective due to price and as this is a test strap for my unit. But even so, I am extremely pleased.

They were not clear at all about custom embroidery limits.

I ordered a strap that said was in stock, but wasn’t. There wasn’t any communication that it would take longer until I reached out. I figured they would offer a discount or something, nothing was done.
