I came into your Pacific Fair shop for the first time last week with my mum. We had the most lovely customer service experience from Ingrid. She was kind, informative, helpful & very aware & responsive to how we wanted to be served (this is a rare thing as not everyone can read a room!). Mum and I ended up leaving with 2 pairs of pyjamas and a travel bag as a gift for my mum. We had the nicest experience, now shopping these beautiful pjs will be my go to present as they are so comfortable! & the monogramming is such a nice personal touch.

I can't wait to wear this robe on my wedding morning. The fabric is great quality. So light and effortless to wear. It came beautifully wrapped and smelt soooo good when I opened it. LOVE!

I am beyond grateful for your team! I purchased the Ultimate Lush Plush robe from Homebodii to wear on the morning of my wedding day. I had my new initials embroidered and it’s just simply perfect. The quality is next level down to the thoughtful scented card when you open the package is second to none. I had a hiccup getting my gown delivered as Australia Post delivered it to the incorrect address and to say I was devastated would be an understatement. I had purchased the shipping insurance and reached out to the Store on the Gold Coast and was greeted on the phone by their manager Laura. She was so kind and nothing was too much trouble a literal angel! She went above and beyond and this Bride is truly grateful for her customer service and support!:pink_heart: Laura was able to help in assisting me to finally have my gown delivered safely to my door and I can’t express in words how thankful I am. Lovely and luxurious way of presenting the item. The beautiful light fragrance sprayed on the packaging makes it such an unexpected and delightful experience when opening the purchase! Great to know that there are companies like Homebodii which care not only about the environment but their customers!! Love the pyjamas I bought, though the size is big on me. Gorgeous but long shipping

Just got My second pair of the Petra Tencel long Pj sets, which arrived so fast and are my absolute favourite go to pjs. I was delightfully surprised with a pair of their cozy socks and sleeping mask, the dream package. Attention to detail is unreal the package smelt unreal, i’m guessing their signature linen scent, which is now next on my wish list.
