I placed my first ever order with Homebodii this week and was thoroughly impressed with their excellent customer service. I ordered, and paid for, express delivery and, shortly after placing the order, received a text to say that the delivery fee would be refunded, as the company was waiving express delivery costs from that day. Wow! Then, when I called and confirmed that the delivery would likely arrive the next day, I was able to update the delivery address. Nothing seemed too much trouble and it was refreshing to receive such good service while also supporting a local company, run by friendly and capable staff.

I love Homebodii! I recently had to exchange a pair of slippers that were too small and the Homebodii team went above and beyond to make the process seamless. Incredible products and service to match 💖
