The worst customer service. Phone number is not correct so you can not talk to anyone. Response to emails is zero and 3 plus hour wait for a chat.

I love this designer. Everything I got from this designer is so gorgeous on me and I sure got lots of compliments except the last one I got. It’s made way too small.

The taxes were prepaid from my side with the order, but you put on the shipping label that they are not paid. The dress is still in the Customs, because they have to contact you and sort this out with you. Sorry but this is very poor service. Especially if I have to pay all taxes again.

It's crazy that I can't use my rewards with sales items. It's a reward and it shouldn't matter if the item I am purchasing is on sale, I should be able to use it. Moreover, charging shipping on a dress that is pricey even on sale is absurd.

They marked the shipment as Emergency, personally followed up on its location, and did everything they could to speed up the delivery. Even when things were still uncertain, they kindly offered me a refund for a final-sale item — which they absolutely didn’t have to do. It showed how genuinely they care about their customers. Thanks to their amazing support, my dress arrived right on time. I’m truly grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and humanity they showed throughout the whole process.
