The dress is excellent quality and looks stunning = great value for money. However, EU customers should be careful when ordering. The shop charges “taxes and duties” at checkout, describing them as an estimate, but these charges are not reflected on the commercial invoice and are not deducted or settled with customs. As a result, I had to pay import taxes and duties again upon delivery. The explanation provided by the company was insufficient, and the partial refund did not cover the full amount paid twice. Customers should be aware that an “estimated” tax charge is not the same as taxes being properly prepaid or declared to the EU Tax Unit.

This dress is a dream! I uploaded vid of me trying it on and people asked where I got it. I am planning to wear it for a Mardi Gra ball.

Dress arrived very quickly .

Worst customer service. The phone number on the website is wrong so you cannot talk to anyone directly. No one returns emails. Chat is a 2 hour wait. It wasn’t until I asked to just cancel my order did I get a straight answer.
