I had to reach out to you several times regarding my refund. It took an extremely long time to get my money back and , I returned the ring right away also the necklace. I had went in and , purchased the same ring in a different size because your side chart was completely wrong. I have a ring sizer from a jewelry store. It was a gift with a purchase. I won’t be a returning customer. I don’t know exactly how long it took to get my money back but, it was ridiculous! I had to keep checking in to see when the refund was coming. Definitely now shopping with you again

I was super nervous to purchase sight unseen but I trusted reviews and I have to say, I am really glad I did. I love the rings! My only complaint was that there was no communication after acknowledgement of purchase i. e. timeframe to expect delivery. 21 days from day of order to receipt if the rings.
