Wrong size was sent - Though they admitted their oversight, they wouldn’t offer a partial refund to resize the ring only an exchange (which loses sentiment after the ring was used to propose) Expected a more considerate experience with this brand.

I love my ring! However, I wish we could choose between 1 or 2 different clarity ranges. For "large" diamond stones, I would prefer to get better clarity.
