I truly do love all my pieces in have purchased from Noémie over the years. The only fault, it takes a few days to respond to inquires & return correspondence. However; with any issue or question, they have been able & willing to assist. I will be back for my pieces in the future. Thank you.

After looking at several Noemie items, I finally decided on the multi-shape diamond circle necklace. When I received it, I wasn’t happy that the circle didn’t move on the chain, but was fixed and made the decision to return it. When I contacted customer service to schedule my return and explain the reason why they gave me several options which I appreciated. I ended up sending the necklace back so they could make the discussed design adjustment which made wearing the necklace much comfortable. This whole process couldn’t have been more pleasant. Guillermo & Jenna in customer service were great. I was kept informed every step of my initial purchase all the way through the return of my design adjustment. I won’t hesitate purchasing from them in the future.

The earrings are very pretty. However, one of mine did not lock when you close the hoop. It came loose when I wore them and I lost one. I should have sent them back but I thought the hoop would stay together. Maybe quality check the hoops to make sure all lock when closed before shipping to customers?
