From ordering to delivery was done in two days dispite the notification regarding possible holdups. Hello drinks have consistently shown whilst I have been a customer that they are listening to customers and putting in place what they can to make the experience customer focused therefore gaining a loyal customer base.

Would be worth it if you could actually track the packages.
It's advertised as one day delivery. Which it isn't. I had to look around AFTER finding out it'll take more then that to be delivered. I'm on my sixth day of waiting. I can't even locate my package. Not to mention I ordered a slab of Woodstock's and a bottle. The bottle was shipped but not my slab. Really frustrating, would not recommend to those that are in SA, WA or TAS.
