Never will I use this company again horrible experience not once but twice in a row they took for ever to deliver approximately 2 to 3 weeks after order was placed twice in a month.. asked for compensation and a refund they flatly refused blaming the post when it took a week for my items to be picked up to many lies I will NEVER use them again..

Having not heard of the company before, I was unsure about ordering alcohol online so I put in a tentative order and was extremely impressed with the ease of use with both the website and the app. The delivery time and communication was brilliant! Without hesitation, I placed a second order only to find that a week later it is still apparently awaiting processing and I was made to follow up to try and find out where the order was at, as I have had zero communication from the company so at this point, I have to rate the company poorly as my second order has not reflected the first order and along with a terrible lack of communication, I am STILL not understanding why this order is only at processing stage and it was ordered for a 21st birthday this weekend. I had hoped to place a significant order, had this one arrived in the same timely manner as my first order but I cannot risk that all alcohol purchases would arrive prior to the weekend which is unfortunate and I've had to order through another app, however I would have enjoyed it more if I hadn't been forced to change companies due to this poor customer service and fear that a third order would not make it on time. Very disappointing.

I logged an equiry via the email contact details leovided online, due to layer than advised delivery, though never received a response.

Still waiting, order was expected 3rd November and still haven't received, been in touch with courier no help there tracking says order is in Arizona I'm in Western Australia, been in touch with you and again not much help

Absolutely disgusting never received all of my order don’t know why it wasn’t put together supposably now is lost and they will not send out a replacement not happy at all

Hi hello drinks thanks for my customer service you gave me 2 weeks ago Of all my liquor sent to brissy for my wedding Arrived all in one piece from nsw And lovely steff owner was extremely helpful in my experience and went over and above to help with my order Had a little hiccup but steff helped me all the way and rang and texted me updates etc to let me no not to stress and all will be ok She was extremely lovely and great to deal with and very professional We had plan b up our sleeeve and i appreciated the kindness steff was offering for my wedding vows and all my booze i had ordered but in end all worked out beautifully and everyone happy Will do business again
