I ordered 3 bottles of whiskey 2 turned up so I contacted them and was told the warehouse never sent the 3rd bottle out. I have been told twice now that the bottle had been re sent out and yet still no bottle... I have sent emails and I am not getting a response.... Will never buy from these guys again Drew K

I ordered for my daughter’s birthday but the gift was damaged in transit so I was asked to order a replacement. This had not been delivered two weeks later. On enquire I was told that it was returned to sender but no-one informed me of this. To date my daughter’s gift has not arrived. The original order was made 28/2/22. I will not be using Hello drinks again

I had aust post "break" my oreder, but you guys (steph) were onto it when i raised the issue. Prompt with the refund for missing items. Thanks guys

I ordered and paid for 2 bottles, including a cognac. Was advised a day or so later that cognac was out of stock. I chose another listed similarly priced ( and not at all rare) cognac, but was then advised another day or so later that this was also out of stock. Requested and got a refund. Was offered a $10 voucher as compensation (thank you, nice gesture) - but it would have saved delay and disappointment if items out of stock were flagged that way on the Hello Drinks website (ideally with a 'let me know when this item is back in stock' button). There are better online drinks retailers available.

Made an order, waited a week - no update... Courier had no record of it, Your warehouse had lost track of it "They are doing a depot search for it" No update to me to say this had happened until I had to contact you about it. Poor service. At least the refund was relatively quick. Also, If you're using Couriers Please, you are doomed as a business.

Hello Drinks was able to provide me with 3xcartons of Carlton Dry Lime (which is very difficult to find) and they were delivered very promptly. Thankyou

They do have great deals sometimes they get the bottle sizes wrong. But they are always willing to correct it price difference & compensate with a future discount.

Bought cougar cans. Daughter said it had turned. Turns out drink was 5 months past useby date

I was sent an incorrect wine order,I emailed and was taken care of and sent the correct order I was really happy and they let me keep thewine that was incorrect, So I thought that was kind and I passed it on to someone who greatly appreciated the wine as they were having a expensive time and it was a little unexpected treat for them.
