Although a Great Chair, Chair Seat Angle and Chair Legs Length cause uncomfortable behind leg pressure when sitting legs stretched during long periods.

Great products, fast shipping

Lightweight, compact, comfortable gear. Good customer service.

Really terrible customer service

Shipping for these were very fast with USPS. . the chairs came ups and took the snail mail route😂

Horrible shipping and customer service. You lost a customer.

Great company and products.

Wanted to enjoy this addition to our Chair One and Sunset chairs however the experience using is not comfortable. Chairs Feel unstable and awkward when sitting/rocking. Sadly we will have to return

Horrible customer support, completely non-existent. No way to reach by phone, email responses are AI generated promising followup that never occurs. Simply impossible to reach a human. Has been three weeks since my first attempt to reach them, and countless attempts since then. I am having to file a dispute with my credit card company as they clearly don't honor their return policy or warranty repair.

Shipped on time

Horrible

Shipping was right on time, as stated. I have ordered from Helinox before and the products are top quality.

Wrong size item. . . . need 55mm ball feet.

Terrible product and customer service. I have been trying for weeks to get in touch with someone to make a return. All I get are AI generated replies promising that someone will be in touch to help me and provide a return label. I have received no reply or assistance.

Excellent

Great accessory. Rocking rocks. Prevents the chair from sinking when on grass.

great products very confortable, super

Bought the cot one extension legs as I have a larger tent and can get more elevated sleeping and sitting position on the bed, they are great quality fit in easily with a nice button release. Not just a simple tube with a runner foot, very impressive

Where is my order!?!

Nice
