The seat fits great! It was a little bit hard to put the seat on the rails, but it’s brand new. To be expected.

Bought two for a somewhat unusual use case. After our trip to Japan and spending hours in long queues, I decided to get them for situations like that (and for hikes too). They're perfect in terms of size and weight. If you need the lightest and most reliable portable stool, these are an excellent choice. The only minor concern I have is that the shock cords already showed slight signs of wear where they bend and attach to the frame, even when the stools were new. But Helinox has excellent customer service - they sent me replacement cords along with the manual on how to replace them, appreciate that kind of service and that is a great example of how business for customers should work.

Good investment.

The AI customer service response system was quite disappointing. Yes, it provided very quick responses but before I placed an order it gave me an inaccurate answer that led to a purchase that I otherwise would not have made. I’d rather wait 24 hours for a response from an actual person that’s accurate than get one in 5 minutes that is inaccurate.

It is a pity I had to buy a replacement frame for my ground chair after only 2 years. One of the plastic brackets was broken. Quick delivery, though.

My new chair one re is amazing! So easy to set up, take down and very comfortable to sit in. It weighs very little so easy to carry around for the day or pop in the rucksack!

Fantastic chairs so easy to put together and so lightweight

Excellent build quality and very comfortable for relaxing outdoors. It packs down small and is easy to carry. My only concern is stability on uneven ground, especially for users near the upper weight limit. Overall, a good chair, but not ideal for my particular use case.
