Super lightweight equipment, well engineered and quick shipping.

Good procuct: Savanna chair. Thank you!

I didn’t realize that they changed the tube size on the Chair One at some point. Shipping these back would have cost almost as much as they cost to buy, so I’m burned.

I love my chair. Dislike my cup holder

Quick and helpful feedback from the customer support first and an even quicker delivery of the required spare part afterwards

I tested two other models until I settled for Chair Zero High-Back. Return instructions were easy and refunds were fast. I’m glad Helinox was accommodating and there were no issues.

A radical departure from those heavy and uncomfortable beach and camping chairs from days gone buy. It’s the absolutely finest portable seating experience I’ve ever had. A+. No notes.

Great experience

No returns without paying a very high shipping cost , $67 in my case. Unfortunate, as It won’t fit in my tent.

Easy peasy!

My shipments always arrive a bit early. Good company and good products.

Working with Helinox was easy and seamless. I love Helinox chairs. Thank you.

Just fine. No issues and quick shipping.

Excellent produit ! Ne pas hésiter.

Always Super impressed with Helinox ❤️

The seat fits great! It was a little bit hard to put the seat on the rails, but it’s brand new. To be expected.

Bought two for a somewhat unusual use case. After our trip to Japan and spending hours in long queues, I decided to get them for situations like that (and for hikes too). They're perfect in terms of size and weight. If you need the lightest and most reliable portable stool, these are an excellent choice. The only minor concern I have is that the shock cords already showed slight signs of wear where they bend and attach to the frame, even when the stools were new. But Helinox has excellent customer service - they sent me replacement cords along with the manual on how to replace them, appreciate that kind of service and that is a great example of how business for customers should work.

Super lightweight and easy to transport, but still incredibly comfortable. Great work, team Helinox!

Good investment.
