Shipping was right on time, as stated. I have ordered from Helinox before and the products are top quality.

Wrong size item. . . . need 55mm ball feet.

Terrible product and customer service. I have been trying for weeks to get in touch with someone to make a return. All I get are AI generated replies promising that someone will be in touch to help me and provide a return label. I have received no reply or assistance.

Bought the cot one extension legs as I have a larger tent and can get more elevated sleeping and sitting position on the bed, they are great quality fit in easily with a nice button release. Not just a simple tube with a runner foot, very impressive

Ordered 11/30/25, billed on 12/1/25. 12/24/25 still have not received my items. Spent over $250 and can't even speak to a human about this. All AI. I hear you have good products but receiving them is also a big part of the deal! Unhappy Christmas

Pretty good, but the delivery was overly expensive and the zero chair high back a bit too small, I`m 1,60m and 50 kg and I think it wouldn`t fit someone bigger
