I've been trying to get in touch with someone for the past two weeks. My printer came with a missing power cord and still haven't heard from anyone. The customer service is horrible. My order was not processed due to suspected fraud, even after I provided many verification docs. I understand the need to do so, but to have my order canceled for fraud that was not being committed was very disappointing. I hope some would be able to contact me inorder to prevent this from happening in the future. Thanks

This is my first time using Heat Transfer Warehouse and they're amazing. Customer Service is above and beyond! Shipping was crazy fast!
