I’ve been buying products from you for years. But the thing that always gets me is the shipping. It would be nice for you guys to at least offer free shipping with purchases over $75 or more or $100 or more like most companies do.

Shipping took a little longer than usual this time, but I was updated on the status. It's understandable; sometimes things happen. Customer service is very helpful and friendly. A handful of the tumblers were chipped in spots at the top. I didn't notice it until after I sublimated on them. Tumblers sublimate well and are of good quality.

Shipping is taking much longer to get to me. It’s been as long as a week recently.
