Products arrived quickly. I was missing part of my order and the response was very helpful. I was taken care of right away and the missing piece was shipped right away.

Love love the puff although took several test runs and YT videos to get it right. Temp 275 and 1st press 10s warm peel, let cool completely (5 min) and 2nd press 10s hot peel. Chefs kiss! Shipping was super fast will order again!

Quick shipping and great quality

I placed an order on 11/29/25 that I never received and am being given the run around on a refund. UPS returned the HTW order to their warehouse as they claimed my address was incorrect (it WAS entered correctly). I reached out via their support ticket on 12/6/25 requesting a refund as I never received my order and ended up having to purchase elsewhere. I was denied a refund being told that they did not receive the returned package (the one I was never in possession of with proof from UPS). The customer support has been horrendous. I still don’t know who I have been speaking to as they won’t sign their name on emails, I have requested to be contacted via phone which they have declined, I filed a claim with UPS which has been closed as UPS has proof they returned the order to their warehouse (to “COWDRY”)…all of this and I am still down $130 (sorry kids, can’t buy gifts until Heat Transfer Warehouse issues my refund)! Absolutely disappointed and will NEVER order from this company again!

Easy to site and order was shipped and received very quickly.

Ships fast most of the time. The one time I paid for over $100 for overnight shipping it was delayed and they wouldn’t refund any of the shipping cost. Product works great
