Had an issue while trying to place my order and the online assistance was helpful and easily resolved my problem. The shed arrived in just a couple weeks and the crew assembled it in about 6 hours total - fun to watch them as they obviously knew what they were doing!

Install was very professional. I am pleased with the shed in every way. The craftsmanship is amazing. Slightly disappointed in how hard the nails were driven in with a nail gun as they are recessed in the wood.

Everything went better than expected. Love the shed and the installation was efficient and easy.

We had such a great experience, our builder finished in a day and half (would have been 1 day but it rained the morning of) he did an amazing job. We insulated and drywalled and it is now my own artists studio!

Great deal overall. The shed package sent with the installer was incorrect. He had to detach a wall and do it over and we had to wait a couple weeks for the proper door to be installed. Wish these things could be caught before shipping but it wasn't a huge deal. Thanks

Good company.

Our shed is beautiful- the design is phenomenal and we get tons of compliments! The installation process was not great- the contractor they used for the build was not professional and on a few occasions did not arrive when he was supposed to. Communication was poor and there were many excuses. I did find that customer service was somewhat helpful and was apologetic for our difficulties. We are ultimately happy with our shed and recommend the company with some caution.

Heartland shed built, painted and shingled with a solid floor and storage loft. The process was surprisingly easy and when they painted with the wrong color, came back and made it right. They also kept me in the loop by test without being annoying.

We got the heartland garden shed and it's exactly what we needed. We recently installed a fence and needed to replace our shed. We went with heartland because we wanted a wood shed and they offered delivery and installation. Ordering was easy online and the contacted us to choose our paint colors. They had alot to choose from. We went to the store and got the paint samples to see which ones would go best with our fence and house. We chose a red with white trim. The installation took less then a day and that included painting. It turned out great.

Great experience. I’d highly recommend!

I’m unable to give it a 5 for 2 reasons in particular. 1) please take pride in your work. When you walk inside the shed and see nails missing the studs then fix it. I shouldn’t have to worry about my head hitting a nail because it missed the wood. 2) I called missy and haven’t received a call back but to have paid extra for a workbench I would’ve expected better materials to be used. It looks cheap and very easy to receive splitters out of the plywood used. Would not pay for that again. For a $5k shed I would’ve expected better quality.

The overall experience with Heartland and the installer was very positive. We are extremely happy with our new shed both in terms of construction and painting/finishing. Due to the excessive amount of rain we've had this year, there was a delay in having the shed installed but overall the communication and professionalism was top notch.

The installer was professional, on time and did a great job. The shed is built very well.
