I had my right hip replaced and I started using a similar product at physical therapy so we decided to buy a physioStep LXT once we received it and it was put together we started using it every day and it is helping my hip get stronger and it is very quiet and comfortable to use.

I ordered an eliptic bike.
I ordered an eliptic bike. Delivery men were very nice but were not told that white glove delivery was not part of deal. Delivery took way too long for the cost. It is not easy getting on and off. I highly do not recommend you, your product and your service. Gail Niemetz

UNABLE TO USE EQUIPMENT. TOLD I HAVE TO PAY $400 TO HAVE THE UNOPENED, UNUSED EQUIPMENT RETURNED! THE BEST YET: DID I WANT TO ASSEMBLE THE EQUIPMENT MYSELF AND PULL IT UP SIXTEEN STEPS TO MY WORKOUT SPACE??!! AT AGE 69, THAT SHOULD BE NO PROBLEM! 😡 WAIVING THEIR 'RESTOCKING' FEE WAS THEIR ONLY OFFER OF A REFUND. Great exercise machine . It is the best that I have seen . It is better than any physical therapy clinics have around my town . Everyone that has seen it at my house loves it . Also good for older people that need the exercise but can’t go to a gym . Great customer service too .

They wanted to delivery curb
They wanted to delivery curb side. Ridiculous. I was willing to pay delivery. Charges and I’ve did speak abounthat so surprised to be notified otherwise. Ido not reside at curb and have a new functioning elevator in my building. I would not buy another product because of this issue.
