Slightly disappointed
This product is a strudy piece of equipment and seems to do what it's chosen for. Yet, unfortunately, I purchased one with what seemed to be a defective seat. At first, the Customer Service team was pleasant with trying to resolve the issue. But when I won't allow them to make it my issue, Brooks S. began to be extremely unpleasant towards. Unfortunately for him, his short impatience doesn't bother me when I've spent over $2500 with your company. They promised a working, usable product and they should live up to that. Be weary before you purchase here. Shop for a company who will value your concerns and not make you feel like an imposition!

We liked how we were kept updated when the unit was being shipped and customer service was very good in informing us of the status of the order. Had one bolt broke off but we received the replacement quickly. Thank you

I had gone through a serious situation with another distributor. Same product. However their service after the sale was less than satisfactory. So at first I was skeptical about this company. Well, I’m very grateful that you folks were very helpful. Like family. They were good listeners and responded favorably to my concerns and questions. Thanks to HCI, even after I needed to change the model the process was pleasant and less stressful. Good service is so much valued and appreciated no matter the price. Thanks again. Every thing went very well. Delivery was on time by southern freight. And the assembly team was also on time and did a very good job with machine assembly. And he went over all details of different settings. And he cleaned up well after. So no complaints. And a 5 star rating is warranted.

The process of ordering online was very easy from start to finish. Even the ups guy moved it in the house where I needed it to be until my husband to get to it to put it together. He said I can give them this much. It is very well made!!! Not this cheap crap I usually put together!
