My son was visiting and told me about the orange creamsicle flavor. I searched online, but it is not sold near me so I ordered a box of 12 directly. I received several confirmation emails, one that had SHIPPED as the subject (though the body of the letter said it was processing). FIVE days later I get an email that the product is out of stock and they are refunding my purchase. I am so disappointed that I can not get this beverage and that Health-Ade is not equipped to manage their stock accurately.

I LOVE GINGER. There amazing Ginger Flavors brought me to healthaid, but I keep coming back to try their other concoctions too! This is perfect if you're not a big fan of soda, or fake sugary drinks, but still love a little zing after 4pm

Getting any considered response from this company takes at least 4 emails. The first says they can’t do anything. The second blames someone other than them. The third acknowledges that they did not respond correctly in previous emails. The fourth offers the refund the first email claimed was not an option. Such a waste of time. I canceled my subscription of several years, due to this pattern of careless support over the lifetime of my subscription.

Customer service was outstanding, I had a problem with my order and they were quick to to remedy the situation. I do appreciate that sometimes things don't work out but the company is there to fix any issues.

I'm sure these beverages are healthy but they taste nothing like advertised. If you like drinking cold refreshing vinegar, you'd enjoy it! The flavors of the kombucha are hidden by the overwhelming flavor of vinegar.
