All the bottle inside the box where covered in a layer of dust/grime

The Drinks are good, the customer service is outstanding and they will reach back out to you when contacted, but the shipping ways is horrible! The past three or four times I've gotten my delivery, the box has been torn, bent or, or broken. I've had the glass bottles shattered and cans bent to the point they are flat and not able to be consumed.

Subscription is the way to go!

Dear Health-Ade Team, My Name is David, I’m 22 years old and I live in Germany. Last week I had the opportunity to visit my girlfriend in Los Gatos, California. It was my first time in the US and I was really excited about the food, the culture and the people I was going to met there. After my Girlfriend picked me up from the airport, we drove to her house and on the way there I noticed a cool looking glass bottle sitting in her cup holder and I asked her what that was. She just said, try it, you will like it. I was confused and looked closer at the packaging, „Health-Ade Kombucha, bubbly probiotic tea for a healthy gut“, I had to idea what that was, I’ve never seen that in Germany before. So I opened it, smelled it, and was like, yo what the hell that stuff smells bad, I hope it doesn’t taste like that. Then I tried it, it was Pink Lady Apple taste and it tasted like Apple Juice, a little vinegar and it was quite sweet too. I absolutely loved it. I have had stomach problems for the last 5 years straight and was diagnosed with a light form of Crohns Disease, so I overthinked a lot about the spicy and fatty foods before coming to the US and I thought that I would experience severe stomach problems. I didn't really thought much of it but since the first day I had 1 - 2 bottles of Kombucha every single day and my gut never felt healthier before. I tried so many different flavors too, I had Pink Lady Apple (my favourite), Guava Dragonfruit, Pomegranate Blueberry, Mango Lemonade and so one. I really love your product and it made my time there at least 10 times better. I had no stomach problems at all, I felt healthy and energised and it was really refreshing too. When I went back to Germany I immediately searched for alternatives to get it here in my country too, but apart from importing it with high fees, and a broken cool chain, I couldn’t find any good options. I also searched for alternatives but nothing here came even close to your product. I just want to thank you...

The cases were never delivered to my office. Always had to go to the building mailroom to carry it up. Emailed you to fix this. No result. I’m done.

I can't get enough of this stuff--particularly the 2 new flavors I recently tried (Peach strawberry lychee and mint raspberry. ) I have yet to have a flavor I didn't absolutely LOVE. Keep my fridge stocked up with bootch for a reason.

Ordered three cases of kombucha and only two showed up. Waited and week to see if the third would arrive and it didn’t. Sent an email and it was quickly fixed. Really appreciate the great customer service!

This company is reliable, they choose ingredients that are good and delicious! I crave this drink for the good health of my body. I am very happy with these safe drinks for my family!

OK, let’s just say it straight. I’m old most people have problems with their vowels. I’ve tried everything probiotics probiotics you name it. Yes stem has some sparkly stuff in it but it’s real probiotics and probiotics culture and it works. Take me forever to find something that works. Try it. I like the pomegranate blueberry the best but they’re all good. You need pineapple for your enzyme pomegranate for your blood pressure each one of them serves a purpose but it’s got the probiotics for sure that’s what you’ve got needs without good gut bacteria your gut don’t work Any got stomach problems all the time with processed food. You gotta get those bugs back in it and that glass won’t break. I’ve dropped it on a hard floor and it won’t break so bottles are very useful for keeping seed in for making a wall back to grow something warm inside. You need to make an incubator with them barium in the ground make booze.

I’ve used every Kombucha. This is the best. One first thing ever am. Good discount buying in bulk from the company vs. even store sale prices, and you get all the flavors. Win win

Enjoying the tastes $ benefits of drinks

I went for the new drop of the strawberry mango chili in a variety pack of flavors. It was just as good a combo as id hoped, with a nice bite of spice combo with the fruity mix. Is excellent, and a new favorite of mine. I also like the guava very much, and the cayenne cleanse was the 3rd in this vareoty and i enjoy this also but beware it can set off heartburn if that is an issue for you.

Both the shipping the service and the communication was excellent

Quick shipping however when it was delivered by FedEx, the delivery person threw the box from the middle of my walkway to the top of my stair. I heard a loud crash and found the box upside down when I got home. I saw all of this on my security cameras.
