The only problem I had was it is too difficult to find out how to pause or cancel the account to be literally days to find where to go otherwise I love your product. I just didn’t want it delivered every week.

Fast and packed well!

I got my order really fast and I love that I don't have to go out to lug a bunch of clanky bottles around. The packaging is awesome; very stable and secure. 10/10

Always great to deal with. Had an issue with shipping - 2 bottles were broken in transit, and they were very communicative and responsive to my inquiry. Also sent a refund for the broken bottles. Will definitely buy from them again. They truly care about their customers and their flavors are my favorite.

I appreciate the annual offer. Delivery worked well. I have yet to find a store that brought in the Ginger Spice(Holiday) flavor. Confusion over new name or are stores focusing on the basics right now?

This flavor; Sugar and Spice and everything nice is the best. I wait all year for this. If you haven’t tried you should!!! It delivers on flavor just as it states.

I love the Pink Lady but had to switch to Blood Orange, Ginger… as its the only option with a reasonablen amount of sugar, acc to Yuka app. Otherwise, I've go to switch over to Synergy products. It's an expensive way to get my daily amount of fermentation for gut health. I wish it didn't cost so much. Watch for your local sales. I'm a bit addicted now - to sparkling Kombucha;) Pairs very well with spicy food, interestingly.

Good stuff once you figure out the flavors

I’m new to Kombucha but wanted something for my gut health. And I’m a raving fan-would rather it than having a glass of wine. I love all the flavors except mango lemonade as I’m not a huge mango fan. I love your product and will keep in my daily routine. Pam

I received excellent help from everyone I spoke with about the redund. . i was just super sad I lost out on such a discount because of fed ex!! These are one of my fathers favorite drinks and they were for xmas!! Now instead of a surprise I have no drink and all!

Love your kombucha but your customer service and website STINKS!!! No one to talk to and never answers an email. Trying to purchase 4 12 pack bottles and the site doesn’t allow me to pay, just keeps spinning. Tried many times. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Maybe this will get your attention? Fix your website and your lousy customer service.
