Bought a Jabra Evolve2 75 headset a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately, when it was delivered, whole package looked crushed and badly mishandled. I immediately emailed them to expressed my dissatisfaction. Within an hour of my email, James, the Business Development Manager, called me and was able to calm me down, who you could probably imagined, was extremely irate with the situation. He reassured me that he will looked into my case immediately. A couple of email exchanges later, James arranged for an exchange for my set. Within a week of the initial delivery, I got the replacement headset. Despite the inconvenience of the entire situation, I'll give full marks to James and the Headphones.Sg for their excellent service recovery and after-sales service.
This is my 3rd purchase! Excellent product and even more amazing customer service by James who answered all my queries so promptly!

Had high expectations for this product due to the great reviews around. Earphone quality feel good but i cant say the same for the charging case. I need to exert strength in order to pry open the case which could had been better with a magnetic lock. Earpieces doesn’t lock in place when place inside charging case and feel kinda filmsy. Not much indication about battery level on the case or earphones. Come with only 3 pathetic rubber earbuds and not as advertised which should have another 3 foam earbuds. When connected to 2 devices, it become kinda of buggy. Earpiece is not touch control and need to press into ear to answer call or volume control. Overall feel, it just not worth the price and give me $50+ feel instead of the $270 i paid. Better off with Apple pods or Jaybirds which are both much cheaper and better. Very big disappointment...
